Working Principle
The double-walled Glass Reactor features a stirring system, condensation, addition, reflux, and collection systems. The inner layer holds the reaction solvent for stirring reactions. The jacket circulates heat sources or cooling agents, enabling both high-temperature reactions (maximum temperature up to 300°C) and low-temperature reactions (minimum temperature down to -80°C). During heating reactions, vacuum conditions enhance evaporation efficiency (requires vacuum system connection). Solvent vapors condense into liquid upon passing through the glass condenser coil (requires cooling system connection), which can be refluxed back into the reactor or recovered via the lower valve of the reflux elbow. Upon reaction completion, material discharges through the bottom side outlet. The fully transparent reaction process ensures clear visibility, making it an ideal pilot-scale equipment for modern biopharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and new material synthesis.



Product Features
1. Unique design with an all-stainless steel frame structure (featuring precision-engineered tee and cross fittings). Compact, robust, and non-deformable, it offers easy mobility.
2. All material-contact parts utilize high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE materials. These provide stable performance, minimal chemical interaction with materials, and ensure safe, convenient operation.
3. The unique variable frequency speed control allows for precise and flexible operation at high, medium, and low speeds. An optional fully explosion-proof system is available, featuring a dual-display explosion-proof box that digitally shows both the speed and the temperature of the material inside the reactor. It offers stable performance, clear display of control and data interfaces, and is simple to operate.
4. The stirring system uses ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent wear and debris shedding from the stirring rod. It is resistant to high temperatures and wear, and provides excellent sealing performance.
5. Incorporates PT100 temperature sensors and glass thermometer sleeves.
6. Vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum levels with pointer indication.
7. Crescent-shaped stirrer blades: 304 stainless steel + PTFE blades; stirrer shaft made of 304 stainless steel. PTFE-coated outer tube provides high strength and superior corrosion resistance.
8. Glass + PTFE discharge valve enables side discharge without liquid accumulation, facilitating rapid solution recovery.
9. Equipped with swivel casters with brakes at the base for easy overall mobility and operation.
