Working Principle
The double-layer Glass Reactor is equipped with an agitation system, condensation, dropping, reflux, and collection systems. The inner layer holds the reaction solvent for stirred reactions, while the interlayer enables both high-temperature (up to 300℃) and low-temperature (down to -80℃) reactions through the circulation of heating or cooling sources.
When the materials undergo heating reactions, the evaporation efficiency can be enhanced under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device is required for connection). The solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid when passing through the glass condensation coil (a cooling device is required for connection). This liquid can either flow back into the reactor or be recovered via the valve at the bottom of the reflux elbow.
After the reaction is completed, the materials can be discharged through the side discharge port at the bottom of the reactor. Moreover, the fully transparent design allows for a clear view of the entire reaction process, making it an ideal experimental and pilot-scale equipment for modern biopharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and new material synthesis.




Product Features
•This product features a unique design with an integral stainless steel frame structure. Its connecting parts (such as tees and crosses) are exquisitely assembled, ensuring compactness, sturdiness, no deformation, and easy mobility.
•All parts in contact with materials are made of high borosilicate glass (with an expansion coefficient of 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). These materials have stable performance, are less likely to react chemically with materials, and ensure safe and convenient use.
•The dedicated variable-frequency speed control allows for precise and flexible adjustment of high or low speeds during operation. An optional full explosion-proof system is available, along with a dual-display explosion-proof box that digitally shows the rotation speed and the temperature of materials inside the reactor. It offers stable performance, clear display of control and data interfaces, and simple operation.
•The agitation system adopts ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent the agitator shaft from wear and debris generation. It exhibits high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and excellent sealing performance.
•A PT100 temperature sensor with a glass thermometer sleeve is used.
•A vacuum pressure gauge provides real-time vacuum readings with a pointer display.
•It is equipped with a crescent-shaped stirring paddle, consisting of 304 stainless steel and PTFE stirring blades. The agitator shaft is made of 304 stainless steel and covered with a PTFE tube, ensuring high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
•The glass + PTFE discharge valve enables side discharge without liquid accumulation, allowing for quick recovery of solutions.
•The bottom of the machine is equipped with swivel casters with brakes, enabling overall movement and easy operation.
