Basic Introduction
Homogenization is to make the suspension (or emulsion) system in the dispersion of particles, homogenization of the 
treatment process, this treatment at the same time play a role in reducing the scale of the dispersion and improve the 
uniformity of distribution of the dispersion.

Application Areas
●Preparation of fat granules, drug-carrying emulsions, liposomes, 
nanosuspensions and microcapsules for the pharmaceutical industry.
●Cell fragmentation, extraction and homogenization of intracellular 
substances for bioengineering products.
●Production and preparation of carbon nanotubes, graphene, 
conductive and resistive pastes for fine chemicals.
●Homogenization and dispersion of lipid nanoparticles in personal

●Homogenization and emulsification of food and industrial products
 to improve product stability.

Working Principle
When the high pressure pump head assembly works, the material will be sucked into the pump cavity through the check valve, and the 
fluid material will be rowed into very high pressure between the pump cavity and the homogenizing valve seat under the force of the 
plunger.
High-pressure material through the homogenizing valve assembly, resulting in the following three homogenizing effects:
① Shear effect, the gap between the homogenizing valve seat and spool is very small, and it produces shear effect on the material 
particles.
② cavitation effect, high-speed extrusion of the material instantaneous loss of pressure, and ultimately achieve the purpose of 
homogenizing the material.
③Collision effect, high-speed extrusion of materials with very high speed impact to the collision ring

Product Features
●Structural features: single ceramic plunger drive, precise control of discharge flow. Optional plunger lubrication device, longer 
sealing life.
●Homogenizing pressure: Maximum design pressure 2000bar/200MPa/29000psi, use sanitary digital diaphragm pressure gauge.
●Homogenizing flow rate: minimum sample size 15ml, especially suitable for expensive pharmaceutical production. Automatic 
suction without feeding equipment.
●Component technology: homogenizing valve seat assembly can be made of zirconia, tungsten steel, diamond, stellite, etc., single/
double-sided processing, double-sided use, double the service life. The secondary valve disperses the emulsification to make the 
material distribution more uniform and consistent.
●Energy-saving technology: equipment frequency control, access to 220V utility can be used, imported brand components equipment 
more stable, lower energy consumption, higher energy efficiency ratio.
