Salt spray test chamber is an artificial simulation of the marine climate
environment of a salt spray corrosion test equipment. Assessment of
electrical equipment, electronic components in the marine climate
conditions of adaptability and reliability tests; also used in metal coverings
of plating layer, paint coating corrosion resistance judgment and
assessment, identification of metal materials accelerated corrosion test.
The design and manufacture of this product to implement the national
standard GB10587 “salt spray test chamber technical conditions”; sampl
e test can be in accordance with national standards GB2423-17 “electrical
and electronic products, the basic environmental test procedures, test ka: s
alt spray test method” and IEC68-2-11 “basic environmental test procedu
res, Part II: test ka salt spray” and other standards for the relevant salt spra
y test.
Structural Features

intelligent controller, Pt100 platinum resistance sensors, large screen backlit LCD display. Tower spray system, salt spray distribution is
uniform, the amount of sedimentation is freely adjustable, the upper cover adopts water sealing structure, no salt spray overflow. Spray with
continuous spray and cycle spray two ways for users to choose. After the spraying and stopping time of the cycle spray controller is set, it
can work automatically, and the operation is simple and convenient. There are independent temperature limitation protection device, overtemperature sound and light alarm device, timing range 1min-999 hours and 59 minutes.
- The door of the box can be made of glass fiber reinforced plastic or transparent PVC material, and the upper cover of the transparent PVC
material can monitor the spraying state and the working condition of the specimen inside the box at any time.
