The TISS-24 uses a special up-and-down vibration mode. It combines high-frequency grinding bead vibration, impact, and shear. This process thoroughly handles samples while keeping their integrity.

This device uses a quiet brushless motor. It runs at ≤65DB and can process up to 48×2mL samples in one minute. This helps reduce labor costs and keeps batch variations low for reliable results.

Safety & Contamination Control
Safety is a top priority. The system has a safety interlock that shuts down automatically if the door opens during operation. There is also an emergency stop button.

Fully sealed sample tubes eliminate cross-contamination and external pollution, critical for molecular biology experiments. It supports wet, dry and low-temperature grinding (with liquid nitrogen adapters) for diverse sample types.

User-Friendly Technical Design
Featuring a humanized interface and built-in controller, operators can set grinding time (0-9999s) and vibration frequency (0-70Hz/s) easily. Its automatic center positioning device stabilizes tubes, with adapters supporting 0.2-2mL volumes (customizable).

The discharge particle size is about 5μm. This size helps extract proteins and nucleic acids more effectively. It also allows for higher activity and longer fragments.
