JXNANO & GSL Series Homogenizers: High-Efficiency, Energy-Saving for Multi-Scenario Production

We have launched the JXNANO and GSL series homogenizers. Designers create these products for the food, biological, chemical, and other industries. They aim to support high-quality growth. These devices have clear settings, work efficiently, and adapt easily.

They offer professional homogenization solutions. This helps businesses improve their production processes and enhance product quality.

The new launch has 6 models. They have a flow rate range of 5 to 30 L/H. This range meets different needs, from small experiments to medium production. Its core advantages lie in three aspects:

First, high-pressure stability. With a maximum design pressure of 200 MPa and careful pressure control, it ensures even mixing. It also breaks down walls and refines materials. This system works well for materials with a viscosity of up to 2000 cp.

Second, energy-saving and easy operation. The JXNANO series uses pushbutton manual control. The GSL series has a 7-inch touch screen for easy and accurate pressure monitoring. The optimized power configuration (1.5~3KW rated power) balances efficiency and energy consumption.

Third, flexible adaptation and upgrading. It has optional cooling temperature control. It can process at least 15mL for small batch production. The GSL-30 model has a dual-plunger design that improves stability.

Compared with traditional equipment, this series achieves comprehensive improvements in operation threshold, application scenarios and performance stability. It can meet the specific needs of labs and adapt to large factory production. This helps companies reduce losses and improve efficiency. Currently, the full series of products are officially on sale, supporting customized upgrading services based on demand.
