Upgraded Popular Forced Air Drying Oven

Henan Shuyu Technology Co., Ltd. presents its upgraded popular forced air drying oven, designed for drying and baking applications in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and scientific research institutions.

Manufactured with advanced laser and CNC processing equipment, this drying oven features an inner chamber made of mirror stainless steel via argon arc welding, paired with a steel outer cabinet for an elegant, modern look.

It uses a microcomputer PID temperature controller with digital readout, over-temperature deviation protection and timing function to deliver accurate and reliable temperature control. The hot air circulation system adopts a high-temperature durable fan and optimized air duct structure to improve temperature uniformity inside the working chamber.
Equipped with new synthetic silicone sealing strips, the unit supports long-term high-temperature operation with a long service life and simple replacement. Operators can adjust the intake and exhaust air volume directly on the temperature control panel.

An optional independent overtemperature alarm system automatically cuts off heating power once the temperature exceeds the preset limit to protect experiment safety. Printer or RS485 interface is also available as an optional accessory to record temperature variation data.
