Double-Layer Glass Reactor YSF-10L

Working Principle
The double-walled Glass Reactor features a stirring system, condensation, addition, reflux, and collection systems. The inner layer holds the reaction solvent for stirred reactions, while the jacket circulates heating or cooling sources to facilitate high-temperature reactions (maximum temperature up to 300°C) or low-temperature reactions (minimum temperature down to -80°C). During heated reactions, vacuum conditions enhance evaporation efficiency (requires vacuum apparatus connection). Solvent vapour condenses into liquid upon passing through the glass cooling coil (requires cooling apparatus connection), which may be refluxed into the reactor or recovered via the lower valve of the reflux elbow. Upon reaction completion, material discharges via the bottom side outlet. The fully transparent process offers complete visibility, making it an ideal pilot-scale apparatus for modern biopharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and novel material synthesis.

• This unique apparatus features an all-stainless steel frame construction (with precision-fitted three-way and four-way connectors at junctions), offering a compact, robust, and non-deformable structure that facilitates easy mobility.
•All components in contact with materials employ high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) materials. These ensure stable performance, minimal risk of chemical reaction with materials, and convenient, safe operation.
• The proprietary variable-frequency speed control enables precise and flexible operation across high, medium, and low speeds during practical use. An optional fully explosion-proof system is available, featuring a dual-display explosion-proof box that digitally indicates both rotational speed and vessel material temperature. This system offers stable performance, clear display of control parameters and data, and straightforward operation.
• The stirring system employs ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent wear and debris shedding from the stirring rod. It exhibits high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and excellent sealing performance.
• Utilises PT100 temperature sensors with glass thermometer sleeves.
•  Vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum levels via pointer indication.
•  Crescent-shaped stirring paddle featuring 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blades; stirring shaft constructed from 304 stainless steel. Outer casing of PTFE tubing offers high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance.
•  Glass + PTFE discharge valve enables side discharge without liquid accumulation, facilitating rapid solution recovery.
• Equipped with swivel castors with brakes at the base for easy overall movement and convenient operation.
