Product Description
1.Type & Standards：Class II Biosafety cabinet, air flow mode: 30% efflux, 70% loop. Conform to Pharmaceutical Industry Standards of the People’s Republic of China 《YY 0569 - 2011》. Obtained SFDA medical device registration certificate and production license.
2.Structure & Material：Outer box: High - quality cold - rolled steel plate, electrostatic sprayed. Operation area (three sides): Integrated stainless steel structure. Internal cleanable parts: 10mm large rounded corners for easy cleaning. Front window glass door: 6mm thick safety tempered glass.
3.Filtration & Fan：Two HEPA filters, filter efficiency: ULPA@0.12μm 99.9995%, filter membrane made of borosilicate glass fiber (no partition). High - quality fan, wind speed auto - adjustable, low noise.
4.Sensors & Control：High - sensitivity, high - precision breeze speed sensor, non - pressure difference sensor for real - time wind speed monitoring. Independently developed control software system (national software copyright certificate). LCD screen: Displays working area temp, air flow velocity, etc.; adjusts parameters; has blue screen digital indication, password modification, etc.
5.Alarms & Protection：Filter alarm: Real - time display of filter remaining life, sound & light alarm for replacement. Height limit/low limit alarm for moving glass door.
