Description


The carbon dioxide incubator is a device used for the cultivation of cells, tissues, and microorganisms. It simulates the growth
environment within a living organism to provide a clean space, appropriate temperature, humidity, CO₂ concentration, and pH
value for in vitro culture, so as to support the growth of cells and tissues. It is widely applied in research aspects such as immunology,
oncology, genetics, virology, cell kinetics, the production of antigens and antibodies, as well as drug screening.

Feature

1.The inner tank is made of 304 mirror stainless steel with a rounded corner design, facilitating quick cleaning without dead corners.


2.Double-layer structure: The outer door uses a magnetic door seal, providing a good sealing effect and reducing gas loss in the inner
cavity. It has door temperature control and door opening detection functions, which can effectively prevent water condensation. The inner
door is a high-quality tempered glass door. Opening the outer door allows for convenient observation of samples. When the inner door is opened,
the fan automatically turns off and heating and gas supply stop, effectively preventing overshoot of the internal temperature and CO₂ concentration.
Humidification is achieved through a humidifying pan (the independent humidifying pan can be taken out or put in as needed) to provide a high-humidity
sample culture environment. The integrated perforated splint has an anti-handpinch and reverse-pull design, and can be disassembled and cleaned without
tools.

3.A 5-inch high-resolution color touch screen is adopted, with multiple sets of data displayed on one screen for easy operation. It has a screen password locking
function, and Chinese/English interfaces are optional. It has sound and visual alarm functions, with corresponding prompts in the screen menu. Intelligent fuzzy PID
control ensures high control precision, and set values and multi-segment program operation can be freely set. It has a three-level authority management function.

4.An original imported infrared (IR) CO₂ concentration sensor is used, with infrared dual-beam technology, built-in temperature and pressure compensation, and a
high-temperature resistant design, ensuring a long service life of the product.

5.Heating system: Six-sided direct heating with PID control, enabling efficient and uniform heating of each surface of the cavity. The air volume is gentle, preventing
rapid evaporation of the culture medium, improving the temperature recovery speed, and ensuring a uniform and stable culture environment.

6.One-key UV sterilization function is provided to create a sterile environment for cell culture.

7.Real-time curve viewing, historical data storage, and export functions are available. The data storage time can be set from 1 minute to 999 minutes, and a maximum
of 180,000 pieces of operation data and event records can be stored. Data can be viewed, monitored, and exported through the USB interface. Historical data cannot be
modified, allowing for true and effective traceability of original data.
