Description



1.The salt spray test chamber is a kind of salt spray corrosion test equipment that artificially simulates the marine climate environment. It is used to assess the adaptability and reliability of electrical equipment and electronic components under marine climate conditions; it is also used to judge and assess the corrosion resistance of electroplated layers and paint coatings on metal coverings, as well as to conduct accelerated corrosion tests for identifying metal materials.

2.The design and manufacture of this product comply with the national standard GB 10587 *Technical Requirements for Salt Spray Test Chambers*; sample tests can be carried out in accordance with national standards such as GB 2423.17 *Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products - Test Ka: Salt Spray Test Method* and IEC 60068 - 2 - 11 *Basic Environmental Test Procedures - Part 2: Test Ka: Salt Spray* for relevant salt spray tests.

Features

1.The shell material of the salt spray test chamber is molded by a polyester glass fiber reinforced plastic mold. The appearance is smooth and beautiful, and it has the characteristics of good acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, light weight, and high strength.

2.This product is equipped with a device for controlling and adjusting the amount of salt spray settlement. It has the dual adjustment functions of intake pressure and spray pressure, so that the salt spray test meets the standard requirements. The spray electrical control adopts a high-precision microcomputer P.I.D. intelligent controller, a Pt100 platinum resistance sensor, and a large-screen backlit liquid crystal display. The tower-type spray system ensures uniform distribution of salt spray, and the settlement amount can be adjusted freely. The upper cover adopts a water-sealed structure, without salt spray overflow. The spray has two modes, continuous spray and periodic spray, for users to choose from. After the spray and pause times of the periodic spray controller are set, it can work automatically, and the operation is simple and convenient. It has an independent over-temperature protection device, an over-temperature sound and light alarm device, and the timing range is 1min - 999 hours and 59 minutes.

3.The chamber door can be made of glass fiber reinforced plastic or transparent PVC material. The upper cover of the transparent PVC material can monitor the spray status in the chamber and the working condition of the samples at any time.

4.The opening of the chamber door is activated by compressed air, which is easy to operate (only for the YW - 1000 type).
