The SCIENTZ-12N/E ampoule bottle T Type Lab Freeze Dryer boasts a water-capture capacity of up to 4 kg per batch. Relative to the 10N model, it exhibits enhanced water-capture capacity and an enlarged cold-trap dimension, while retaining a compact form factor to effectively conserve valuable laboratory space.

Employing advanced imported compressors, the system delivers robust functionality and furnishes a highly automated, high-precision freeze-drying environment (standard no-load temperature: -56℃; optional -80℃ compressor configuration). This equipment represents an optimal solution for small and medium-sized laboratories engaged in freeze-drying operations for small-to-medium batch volumes and diverse material.

Working Principle
Vacuum freeze drying technology is also known as freeze drying technology in China. It refers to the process of drying solid materials by sublimating directly from solid to gas without passing through the liquid phase under vacuum conditions. During the freeze drying process, the solvent sublimates directly from solid to gas because the solid components are supported by the hard solid solvent in its place. When the solid solvent sublimates, pores will be left in the remaining dried material, so the original chemical structure and morphology of the solute will not be destroyed. In addition, biologically active materials can still restore their pre-freeze drying conformation and biological functions after redissolving. Therefore, freeze drying technology is considered to be a drying method with the least impact on the properties of the dried material and the safest.
