CO2 Incubator / Cell Culture Incubator
A key tool for cell culture—growing cells, tissues, and microorganisms. It recreates a living organism’s environment, controlling temperature, Cell Culture Incubator humidity, CO₂ levels, and pH to support in vitro growth. Ideal for immunology, oncology, genetics, drug screening, and even animal cell culture vaccine production.
Features of CO₂ incubators
1.304 stainless steel inner tank with rounded corners for easy, thorough cleaning—critical for aseptic cell culture.
2.Double-layer doors:
●Outer door: Magnetic seal reduces gas loss; controls temperature and detects opening to prevent condensation.
●Inner door: Tempered glass for easy sample viewing. Opening it pauses heating, gas, and fans to keep temperature/CO₂ stable—protecting sensitive cultures like plant cell tissue or 3D cell culture.
●Removable humidifying pan for high humidity; detachable splint (no tools needed) with anti-pinch design.
1.5-inch color touchscreen: Displays multiple data at once; easy to use. Supports Chinese/English, password lock, and sound/visual alarms. Intelligent PID control for precise settings—vital for consistent cell culture reproducibility; multi-level user access.
2.Imported infrared CO₂ sensor: Dual-beam tech with temperature/pressure compensation; heat-resistant for long life.
3.Heating: Six-sided direct heating (PID-controlled) for uniform cavity temperature. Gentle airflow reduces medium evaporation—great for 3D hydrogel cell culture—and speeds temperature recovery.
4.One-touch UV sterilization to maintain sterility, preventing issues like fungal contamination cell culture.
5.Real-time data curves, plus storage/export via USB. Stores up to 180,000 unmodifiable records—essential for tracking cell culture development and meeting standards like GMP cell culture.

How it controls settings: WVJ - 80A uses P + I + D fuzzy logic for precise control.
Heating way: WVJ - 80A uses air - jacket; WJ - 80B uses water - jacket.
HEAP filter: Optional for WVJ - 80A; comes standard with WJ - 80B.
Temperature range: From 5°C above room temp up to 65°C.
Temperature display: Shows to 0.1°C.
Temperature stability: ±0.1°C (when ambient is 25°C, set to 37°C, no load).
